If you loved that vignette, you'll love what we can do! We'll provide the ultimate popcorn station complete with your favorite kinds, containers for individual servings, and labels to denote flavors. Crostini stations are a great way to eliminate the need for waiters to offer hors d'oeuvres to guests. This can help cut down on your staffing costs by skipping over the butler passed hors d'oeuvres! During your cocktail hour, guests can visit a crostini station to assemble their own appetizer. Crostini stations are also called Bruschetta Bars! However, we usually think of Bruschetta Bars to be served warmed and aided by a chef. We could have a whole other blog post just about the differences between Crostini and Bruschetta according to it’s Italian origins…but we’ll save that for another day! Fry Bar

Fry bars are gaining popularity at weddings, and for a good reason! We can take whatever you love - potato, zucchini, sweet potato - and turn it into a fry for your entire party to enjoy. We'll deck out the whole bar with sauces, dips, and condiments galore. Of course, there will be fry sauce, we are in Utah after all! Ok, ok, if you don't want the fry sauce we can leave it off! However, have you ever tried fry sauce and bleu cheese dipping sauce as a combo!? And a fry bar doesn't have to stop at fries. If you want cheese balls, jalapeno poppers, onion rings, or something else covered in batter, we can add that, too.

Pretzel Bar

Wedding guests are also going crazy over pretzel bars. We love them, too, because we can stock them with any type of pretzel you want. We're partial to a classic soft pretzel covered in sea salt and dipped in cheese, but we also love a cinnamon-sugar pretzel with icing. But pretzel bars don't have to be limited to soft pretzels. If you like hard pretzels - bites, sticks, twists - we can add those to the bar, too. If you're a drinker, hard pretzels and soft both are tasty in a delicious beer cheese sauce!

Takeout Station
